Procedure

In main vessel, add all of phase A ingredients and begin propeller mixing. In side vessel, combine and mix phase B ingredients and add them to phase A under propeller mixing (100 to 200 rpm). When uniform, add phase C to phase AB under high propeller mixing (400 to 600 rpm.). Once all of phase C is added, homogenize phase ABC for 1 minute at 3,000 rpm. After homogenizing, add phase D and propeller mix (400 to 600 rpm) until uniform. Q.S. with sodium hydroxide to get the appropriate pH, then transfer to holding vessel.
